واعرب عن دهشته من موقف انظمة عربية وتركيا تجاه ايران وسوريا، وقال: "أن بعض النظم العربية المحافظة تحولت فجأة إلى قيادات ثورية تقدمية تدعو إلى الثورة المسلحة، ثم الحملة على سوريا مضافا إليها الحملة على إيران". وحذر من تحول الصراع الرئيس في الشرق الأوسط من صراع عربي إسرائيلي إلى صراع سني شيعي، واصفاً اياه "فتنة أخرى في دار الإسلام نفسه وفي قلبه، وتلك خطيئة كبرى

If China can detain the wife of a top politician on suspicion of murdering a British businessman, can there be hope that Russia will adjudicate the jailhouse death of Sergei Magnitsky? What about the elevator execution of journalist Anna Politkovskaya? Or the nuclear-isotope poisoning of former KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko?

Beijing has detained Gu Kailai, the wife of now-disgraced Communist Party official Bo Xilai, on suspicion of murdering Neil Heywood, a long-time British business associate whose body was found in a Chongqing hotel Nov. 15. At first, Chinese authorities blamed alcohol poisoning, but yesterday they said he was murdered.

The hard facts are clear, most experts agree -- this is a real murder, and authorities suspect that Gu and a servant played a role in it. But the rest is politics, said Chris Johnson, a former senior analyst on China for the CIA, and now a fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Johnson told me that Bo crossed an invisible line: He had seemed destined to be elevated to the all-powerful standing committee of the Communist Party Politburo. But he had created powerful enemies along the way, and ultimately self-destructed when a senior aide fled into a U.S. Consulate on Feb. 6, and divulged details of Bo's corrupt dealings, and the Heywood murder. Breaking the law and common decency are one thing when you are a senior Chinese official, but it appears that having it aired very publicly is quite another.

Yet even by those standards Russia falls short: Judging by the history of the last five or six years, if you commit a high-profile murder in Russia, you can be fairly assured of going on with your daily life unmolested.

There is no indication of a Bo copycat in Russia. Why? Newsweek's Owen Matthews puts it this way: Russia is one of the few countries where it's cool to be an outlaw.

One might wonder whether there is a corollary in the case of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the billionaire oil baron who is languishing in prison after crossing Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. It isn't. Bo is a political enemy of some powerful Communist Party officials, but not sufficient numbers to have prevented his elevation. Khodorkovsky fatally crossed the line simply by acting threateningly on a presumption that he could be a major political force.

Consider the Magnitsky case. To date, senior Interior Ministry officials implicated in his death have appeared to become rich, but have not been subject to any visible prosecutorial attention. This week, Russian prosecutors said they had closed a case against Larisa Litvinova, a doctor in the prison where Magnitsky died.

In November 2009, the 37-year-old Magnitsky -- a lawyer for American investor Bill Browder -- died in a Moscow prison after 11 months in detention on charges that he robbed the state of $230 million. The charges were brought by Interior Ministry officials whom Magnitsky had first accused of stealing the same money. Evidence collected by Browder appears to show that Magnitsky's death was a result of deliberate neglect of hepatitis and heart disease developed while he was in prison.

The case has resulted in a serious cloud over Russia, and the Kremlin. The U.S. has barred dozens of Russian officials from visiting the United States. In a statement, State Department spokesman Victoria Nuland said, "The investigation into the circumstances of Magnitsky's death has been inadequate and has failed to produce justice."

The Politkovskaya case follows a familiar pattern: Politkovskaya, who received numerous international awards for investigative journalism, was murdered in her apartment elevator in November 2006. Amid much local and foreign pressure, Russian authorities implicated gang members and police colonel. However, the defendants have gone free and vanished after acquittals, and authorities either never found, or simply did not publicly name, the mastermind.

Litvinenko, who had fled to the United Kingdom after revealing the existence of a KGB hit-squad-for-pay, died in December 2006 from the effects of ingesting Polonium-210, a nuclear isotope that had been dropped into his tea at a London hotel restaurant. U.K. authorities implicated Andrei Lugovoi, a former KGB acquaintance of Litvinenko's, and requested his extradition. Russia refused, and Lugovoi (pictured above right, next to Dmitry Kovtun, who was also implicated in the case) won a seat in the Duma.

Russian authorities have variously blamed exiled billionaire Boris Berezovsky for the murder, and suggested that Litvinenko poisoned himself....

For the past week, the day rates for very-large crude carriers (VLCCs) has been rising to where $40,000/day is the going rate. The reason for the spike is that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has hired 11 of the 2 million-barrel-capacity VLCCs and has begun filling the

The hiring spree was the most public move by the kingdom in a series of efforts aimed at bringing down oil prices from $125 a barrel towards $100.

The Saudis do not want crude priced at $125/barrel. Besides the massive tanker shipment, they are believed to be shipping crude to foreign storage terminals, as they did last year and they are bringing back on-line fields that have been shut-in, and planning to re-start a pipeline that would allow them to ship at least some of their crude in the event Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz.

The 22 million barrels that are being sent to the US are nearly equal to the 30 million barrels the US released last year from its Strategic Petroleum Reserve when the turmoil in Libya essentially stopped crude shipments from that country. The effect was to lower prices sharply, although they did rise again fairly quickly.

The Saudis are seeking to prove that they have the ability to replace any lost crude shipments from any country in OPEC. If they can do that, they retain their de facto leadership of the group. If they cannot, then Iran threatens to take over the cartel.

The tanker fleet has almost nothing to do with helping the US and everything to do with maintaining the Saudis’ position as the big dog in the Middle East. One side effect, of course, is that the President can take credit for lowering crude prices when, in fact, all he did was wake up in the morning. As for helping President Obama’s re-election hopes, this is way too early to have much impact — unless the Saudis can keep shipping extra millions of barrels until November.

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) recently released full-year 2011 world oil production data. In this post, I would like show some graphs of recent data, and provide some views as to where this leads with respect to future production.

World oil supply is not growing very much

The fitted line in Figure 1 suggests a “normal” growth in oil supplies (including substitutes) of 1.6% a year, based on the 1983 to 2005 pattern, or total growth of 10.2% between 2005 and 20011. Instead of 10.2%, actual growth between 2005 and 2010 amounted to only 3.0% including crude oil and substitutes.

The shortfall in oil production relative to what would have been expected based on the 1983-2005 growth pattern amounted to 4.7 million barrels in 2011. This is far more than any country claims as spare capacity. This is no doubt one of the reasons why oil prices are as high they are now. These high oil prices tend to interfere with economic growth of oil importing nations.

The shortfall in growth especially occurred in crude oil. Figure 2, below, shows crude oil production separately from substitutes.

Between 2005 and 2011, crude oil production rose only 0.5%. It was mostly the substitutes that grew.

Top Oil Producers

The top five crude oil producers in 2011, based on the new data are

  1. Russia – 9.8 million barrels a day (mbd)
  2. Saudi Arabia – 9.5 mbd
  3. United States – 5.7 mbd
  4. China – 4.1 mbd
  5. Iran – 4.1 mbd

The top five producers when substitute liquids of various kinds are included are the same countries, but in a different order. On this basis, the US also appears to be closer to catching up to the top two.

  1. Saudi Arabia – 11.2 mbd
  2. Russia – 10.2 mbd
  3. United States – 10.1 mbd
  4. China – 4.3 mbd
  5. Iran – 4.2 mbd

While substitute liquids are OK, they are not really crude oil. Natural gas liquids are the largest category. In the US, they sell for a little less than half as much as crude oil, based on the composition and costs shown in this post. On an energy content basis, they provide about 70% as much energy per barrel as crude oil.

“Other liquids” has also been growing. It is mostly ethanol, which has about 60% of the energy content of crude oil per barrel. This category also includes biodiesel, liquid fuels made from coal or from natural gas, and even a mixture of water with very heavy oil called “Orinoco emulsion“.

There is also growth in “processing gain”. This term refers to the extra volume that is gained when long hydrocarbons of heavy oil are”cracked” into shorter molecules. The EIA assigns this growth back to the country doing the refining. The US comes out ahead in this comparison because it imports a lot of heavy oil, and uses its complex refineries to crack it into shorter chains, such as diesel fuel and gasoline. If the heavy oil imports were to go to another country with complex refineries (such as China), the processing gain would go with it.

Looking at the Top Five Oil Producers

Of the top five oil producers, only the US and China have been growing very rapidly, and China’s growth now seems to be hitting limits. Let’s look at the five largest countries individually.

Russian Oil Production

Between 2005 and 2011, Russia’s oil production (including substitutes) grew by 7.5%. This is better than the world average of 3.0%, but still falls short of the expected growth between 2005 and 2011 of 10.2%, mentioned above, based on the 1983 to 2005 world growth pattern.

In 2011, Russia’s crude oil production grew by 0.6%. Growth may be slowing even further in the future. Russian Economic Minister, Elvira Nabiullina, was recently quoted as saying that Russia’s possibilities for crude oil growth have been exhausted and that Russia’s oil output will stabilize at the 2011 level for the next 20 years.

Saudi Arabian Oil Production

Figure 4 (below) shows that Saudi Arabia’s oil production has not increased much on an annual basis since 2005.

Looking at crude oil only, Saudi Arabia’s production is down by 0.8% since 2005. If one includes natural gas plant liquids (mostly ethane, propane, and butane), Saudi Arabia’s oil production for the year 2011 is up by 0.6% since 2005. This is less than the world average of 3.0%.

Saudi Arabia’s oil production bounces around. Admittedly, for some individual months, Saudi Arabia has broken its own record for crude oil production, but there is no pattern of continuously increasing production, such as is needed to increase world oil supply.

United States Oil Production

US oil production is growing (total liquids supply increased by 21.2% between 2005 and 2011), but the major portion of the growth is coming from oil substitutes.

A comparison of the thickness of non-blue bands on the US graph with those of the world (Figure 2) and with other countries shows how disproportionate the US mixture is.

If we look at US crude oil production by area of the country, we see that while Bakken production in North Dakota has been growing, it is still a small proportion of US total production.

Before the shale oil rush, the biggest growth in US oil production had been from what I have called “deepwater”(what is called “Federal Offshore” in the EIA data). This production is down by over 200,000 barrels a day in 2011, more than double the growth in North Dakota production.

The other recent area of oil production growth is Texas. While EIA data does not break the production out by field, higher production from the Eagle Ford shale and the Permian Basin are likely major contributors.

China’s Oil Production

China’s oil production plateaued in 2011, after many years of strong growth.

Figure 7 shows that China’s oil production for 2011 slightly decreased. The Financial Times recently reported that part of the problem is an outage of over 150,000 barrels a day in the Penglai 19-3 field, which reduced production starting in September 2011, but is now coming back on line. But even apart from this, China is reported to be struggling to find new production to offset declines in aging fields. The Financial Times calls the outlook “challenging”.

If China’s oil production fails to grow in the future, or declines, it means that China will need to import even more oil than it has in the recent past. This will put even more pressure on world oil supply.

Iran’s Oil Production

Iran is constantly in the news with discussions of more sanctions and the possibility of cutting off Iran’s oil exports. While it is listed above as fifth in world oil production, it is almost tied with China for fourth in world oil production.

Iran’s oil production hit a high point in 2005, and is down slightly from that level. Its exports are down even more:

The fact that Iran’s oil production is not growing is no doubt one of the reasons it is interested in electricity production from nuclear energy.

In my view, Iran’s oil exports of over 2 million barrels a day are very much needed to maintain reasonable stability in world oil prices. We would be better off finding a different way to settle our differences with Iran than cutting off exports.

Other Areas of Interest

The North Sea has been a problem area, with declining production. EIA data does not show this grouping separate. Instead it shows data for Europe in total.

Europe has surprisingly low oil production. On a crude oil basis, Europe’s 2011 production is below that of Iran (3.4 mbd for Europe, and 4.1 mbd for Iran). With the various substitutes included, Europe’s production is approximately equal to that of China – 4.3 mbd, and slightly ahead of Iran’s at 4.2 mbd.

Clearly Europe has a very serious problem with falling oil production. In 2011 alone, crude oil production was down by 8.9%, and more broadly defined liquids were down by 7.4%. Europe’s declining oil production is no doubt contributing to it financial problems.

In contrast to Europe, there are a number of bright spots with respect to world oil supply.

Canada’s oil supply is increasing:

Of course, one of the issues relating to Canada is that quite a bit of the increase is from the oil sands. This production is of concern for environmental reasons.

The Former Soviet Union excluding Russia is another area where production has been increasing, at least until recently.

The graph would seem to suggest that production may have plateaued in this area, as well.

Qatar is a small country, but is showing rapidly increasing production from a small base:

Iraq is often mentioned as an area which may have increased production in the future.

Figure 14 shows that there really hasn’t been a huge increase in production so far. Past history is so unstable that it raises questions about Iraq’s ability to ramp up production in the future.

Libya is mentioned as having a possibility of increasing production, at least relative to the drop off in 2011.

While some increase from the 800,000 barrels a day production EIA reported for December seems likely, it may never fully get back to its old level. A recent analysis says Oil Production Still Unstable in Libya. According to this article, security concerns are likely to hold back future investment by outside companies in Libyan production, and sluggish political decision-making is likely to hold back actions of Libya’s National Oil Company.

Various African countries are mentioned from time to time as providing new sources of production. But when we look at African production, excluding that of Libya, we see that at least so far, African production, excluding Libya, is on a plateau.

Brazil is also mentioned as a growth opportunity.

The actual increases to date have been small, however. Crude oil production in 2011 increased by only about 51,000 barrels a day over 2010. Ethanol production decreased, so that total liquids production decreased slightly in 2011.

Conclusions

It is easy to find small opportunities where it looks possible to increase oil production, but on a world-wide basis, it appears likely that at best, very slow growth will continue. The oil production of China and Russia were previously increasing, but now seem to be hitting plateaus. Even smaller groupings, such as the FSU excluding Russia, seem to be hitting plateaus.

Future prospects for oil supply look to be worse, especially if Iranian exports are taken off line, or if there are unexpected surprises on the downside. One concern is that political disruptions may take oil production offline in additional countries. Anther is that financial disruptions (perhaps related to European debt defaults) may lead to lower oil prices, cutting off some marginal supply.

On balance, it would appear that at best, oil production in the near future will be virtually flat, leading to more spiking of oil prices and greater world economic problems. Another possibility is that world production will begin to decline. The likelihood of decline would appear to be increased if more oil exporters encounter political disruptions, or if the world enters a major recession leading to an oil price decline.

Parts 2 and 3 of this series explains, documents, and proves that US “leadership” in politics, economics, and corporate media engage in War Crimes and looting in the trillions. Their respective criminal roles are policy, money (fake money as credit/debt, actually), and propaganda (easily provable lies of commission and omission).

They’re complicit in criminal acts that annually kill millions, harm billions, and transfer trillions from the 99% to the 1% (a fraction of the 1% actually).

Occupy’s mission includes public education to the 99% to recognize these crimes, arrest the criminals to end the crimes, and enact policy for 100% of Earth’s inhabitants.

Let’s examine the lies of commission and omission of US corporate media in this part of our series. The factual evidence in parts 2 and 3 of War Crimes and economic looting may have been new and surprising to you. Given the importance of these independently verifiable facts, and the stunning supportive expert testimony, the fact that corporate media will not comprehensively report it reveals their support of these criminal and ongoing actions that harm the 99%. These actions provide money to the 1%, but do not help them in any comprehensive sense.

Slave-owners’ lives are woven into the vices and justifications of slavery, vicious control, and are loveless.

The 1% are to be pitied for their lack of experiencing and expressing available human virtues. And that said, I support their immediate arrest and removal from any power to engage in further violence, looting, and “official” lying. For years I’ve offered to represent their interests in corporate media for Truth and Reconciliation to exchange their surrender and return of assets for no prosecution and living the remaining years of their lives in peace. Indeed, I’d welcome their teaching roles to improve the 99%’s critical thinking skills from their lessons of how they played us as suckers for so long. I even suggest a stipend for relative lives of ease for the benefits of ending their destructive acts without a “fight to the finish” that likely would include attempts to kill millions (or billions) of the 99% and countless other planetary species’ members.

Onto the evidence of corporate media lies that become “emperor has no clothes” obvious upon inspection:

We have verified history of official government propaganda having infiltrated corporate media. The Church Senate Committee hearings had the cooperation of CIA Director William Colby’s testimony that over 400 CIA operatives were controlling US corporate media reporting on specific issues of national interest in Operation Mockingbird. This game-changing testimony was confirmed by Pulitzer Prize reporter Carl Bernstein’s research. Of course, corporate media refused to publish Bernstein’s article; it became a cover-story for Rolling Stone. Bernstein provided additional information of CIA control in the Senate report and corporate media subsequent “reporting”:

“Pages 191 to 201 were entitled “Covert Relationships with the United States Media.” “It hardly reflects what we found,” stated Senator Gary Hart. “There was a prolonged and elaborate negotiation [with the CIA] over what would be said.”

Obscuring the facts was relatively simple. No mention was made of the 400 summaries or what they showed. Instead the report noted blandly that some fifty recent contacts with journalists had been studied by the committee staff—thus conveying the impression that the Agency’s dealings with the press had been limited to those instances. The Agency files, the report noted, contained little evidence that the editorial content of American news reports had been affected by the CIA’s dealings with journalists. Colby’s misleading public statements about the use of journalists were repeated without serious contradiction or elaboration. The role of cooperating news executives was given short shrift. The fact that the Agency had concentrated its relationships in the most prominent sectors of the press went unmentioned. That the CIA continued to regard the press as up for grabs was not even suggested.”

Importantly, US corporate media is heavily concentrated in just six corporations, making the message much easier to control.

Let’s consider a specific case of corporate media collusion with official government rhetoric to lie about Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s October 2005 speech to contrive a non-existent physical threat to Israel. First: for US political leaders and corporate media to accuse the president of Iran with threatening to destroy Israel is the most serious of accusations. A threat of national destruction is the most vicious statement a head of state can make. For corporate media to not be in collusion to “report” this proven lie would have to mean that everyone involved in the story never read the speech in question, never consulted with Persian experts, disregarded all people like me who informed them of their egregious “error,” and then failed to correct the “error” for seven years.

This is textbook “guilt beyond reasonable doubt” because is is not at all reasonable under any spin to find the above “reporting” some kind of innocent mistake. It is deliberate and persistent lies of commission and omission that killed up to a million Iranians in recent history, and threatens to kill millions more today.

As I’ve continuously reported for three years and wrote a comprehensive brief for publication and members of Congress beginning in 2006, here are the explanations and documentation of the facts versus corporate media’s “reporting” regarding Iran. This is criminal conspiracy between the 1% in politics and media, with both required for these paper-thin criminal lies:

Of course, you have to verify the facts in order to see for yourself. In the example of the Iranian president’s speech, corporate media “reporting” this as a war threat to Israel is tragic-comic impossible given the crystal-clear content and context of the speech as encouraging Israel’s government to act lawfully with Palestinians.

It is verifiable in just a few minutes of reading the speech for yourself.

This is appropriately analogous to checking the instant replay of a pitch at a baseball game that appeared ten feet over the batter’s head to make sure it really was so outrageously outside the strike-zone that an “official” call that the pitch was a strike is stating a known lie. If it was even possible to be an error when it occurred, it becomes impossible to be an error when it was not “corrected” after seven years.

This one example is absolute evidence of an official propaganda arm of the same oligarchy spinning for unlawful war against Iran.

I’ve written articles revealing similar obvious war propaganda identical to what we witnessed before the US attacked Iraq. An example from my article on CNN’s “reporting”:

When we now know that all claims for war with Iraq were known lies as they were told (and verbally explained here), and CNN provides similar innuendo for war by an unsourced alleged report with concerns of what might occur in the future allegedly stated by an unnamed US source reporting on an unnamed foreign source, this is propaganda and not news.

You might need to read the above twice to feel the impact of this lying sack of spin 1% choice of communication.

For another damning example, Mike Wallace of the famed television show 60 Minutes won an Emmy for a contrived interview with President Ahmadinejad in 2006, where Mr. Ahmadinejad’s comments encouraging democracy for Palestinians was edited to appear that he was hostile to Israel. You can verify this “emperor has no clothes” obvious lies and propaganda by watching the brief 5-minute clip for yourself in this article.

US corporate media lie to allow torture, a War Crime, as official US policy:

Torture at Times: Waterboarding in the Media,” a paper published from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government that reviewed the US’ four most-read newspapers, found from the 1930s to 2004 that The New York Times reported waterboarding as torture 82% of the time, and The Los Angeles Times did so 96%. After stories broke that the US was waterboarding “detainees” in US unlawful wars, the papers’ reporting of waterboarding as torture dropped to 1% and 5%, respectfully. In addition, after the US admitted to waterboarding, The Wall Street Journal called it torture in just 1 of 63 articles (2%), and USA Today never called it torture.

US 1% corporate media lie to allow a million children to die excruciating deaths from poverty every month:

And check this “reporting” from the NY Times to bury after the comics the largest meeting of heads of state in world history. The topic was ending global poverty with proven solutions that, yes, was an investment of only 1% of the developed nations’ income. I had personal experience with this. Of course, the 1% in political “leadership” of both parties reneged on every promise to end poverty, with corporate media allowing the story, and a million children every month, to die.

Polling proves the 99% are waking to US corporate media lies:

Just as only one in five Americans report trust and satisfaction with their government (and here), Americans also perceive corporate media disinformation and are rejecting their “reporting.” According to a 2007 poll by the Pew Research Center, the majority of the American public see the US major media news organizations as politically biased, inaccurate, and uncaring. Among those who use the Internet, two-thirds report that major media news do not care about the people they report on, 59% say the news is inaccurate, 64% see bias, and 53% summarize their view on major media news as, “failing to stand up for America.” In their latest poll, “just 29% of Americans say that news organizations generally get the facts straight, while 63% say that news stories are often inaccurate.”

A June 2010 Rasmussen poll found 66% of voters “angry” at the media, with 33% “very angry.” Rasmussen also found 70% “angry” at current federal government policies.

And how long has corporate media been lying to the 99%….?

The genesis of oligarchic control of American major media was reported in the US Congressional Record in 1917. US Congressperson Oscar Callaway claimed evidence that J.P. Morgan had purchased editorial control over 25 of the nation’s most influential publications in order to create public support for US entry into World War 1 and his new banking legislative victory: creation of the Federal Reserve system. Mr. Callaway’s colleagues voted down an official investigation. Read this to see how even Abraham Lincoln’s powerful prose to explain and document how US war on Mexico was in obvious treaty violation didn’t have the votes to stop it. And read this to see how ridiculous the spin for US involvement in WW1 was compared to the absence of any threat to national security, followed by the 1%’s violent suppression of political dissent allegedly protected by the 1st Amendment. Of course, corporate media owns the history textbook publishing companies that “taught” you this history with the lies of omission of Lincoln’s actions to point to the rule of law and what you’ll recognize from WW1 history.

War pimps and sock puppets:

Importantly, disinformation programs infiltrate the comments of independent writers, probably including the source that you’re reading. Expect classic rhetorical fallacies such as slurs of my character, straw-man arguments, denial of facts, lies of omission of central facts, and whatever other BS (thank you, Professor Frankfurt, for your best-seller to help explain).

The discerning characteristic of all propaganda is non-factual bravado and specious argument in order to maintain manipulative control of an agenda and distract attention from the damning facts.

You, the reader, are sharp enough to discern such propaganda. Or if not, you’d better learn if you want to end the killing of millions, harm to billions, and looting of trillions of the 99%’s dollars.

Occupy will win as Dr. King and Gandhi discovered: through trial and error. What we’ve learned through their process is broad public and political communication of the facts with simultaneous formal policy requests to honor what we’ve already won under the law. When the 1% ignore the law, it helps our cause because more of the 99% recognize the 1% are guilty of massive crimes of war and money.

Attributed to Gandhi (but unsourced) is today’s pattern we see from political and corporate media “leadership”:

First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. And then you win.

Martin King and Mohandas Gandhi demonstrated that transformative civic education causes the 99% to wake-up and achieve game-changing public policy. The difference with Occupy is that the criminals will be arrested and removed from power; not allowed to psychopathically give lip-service to Occupy in strategic retreat while retaining power.

This is what the criminal 1% do when confronted with real change:

Dr. King was assassinated by the 1% to stop his “Occupy DC” plan for the summer of 1968. This is a legal fact; the verdict of the King Family Trial against the US government. This, of course, was ignored by corporate media and never spoken of by the 1% in politics today when they “praise” Dr. King’s life. Memphis police ordered the scene where multiple witnesses reported as the source of shooting cut down of their bushes that would have hid a sniper team. Along with sanitizing a crime scene, police abandoned investigative procedure to interview witnesses who lived by the scene of the shooting.

Please let that penetrate: the criminal 1% killed the US’ greatest Civil Rights figure in our nation’s history, our strongest voice for peace on Earth, and chose vicious dictatorial domination rather than confront Dr. King’s voice for Occupy.

Corporate media lies to this day so the 99% do not know the 1% killed Dr. King.

How dare anyone informed of the facts support the 1%?

Take heart, for Gandhi and Dr. King live within our hearts and minds. Please imagine: how could you have helped the Civil Rights movement if Dr. King had asked? What would you have done if Gandhi asked for your help?

In the converse: would you be proud today of rejecting Dr. King’s direct invitation for partnership in a Revolution for Civil Rights when he was only asking for public education on the clear letter and spirit of the 14th Amendment? Would you be proud today of rejecting Gandhi’s direct request for partnership in civic revolution to end the evils of unwanted imperialism by the strong against the weak?

Would you be proud to reject Occupy when the facts my colleagues and I document become “emperor has no clothes” obvious?

How Mr. Gandhi and Dr. King saw their civic educational challenge:

I do not place myself in Gandhi and Dr. King’s company, and I assert that We the People are like in spirit. We will stand to arrest these murderers of millions, torturers, and stop the destructive use of trillions of our families’ and children’s dollars.

Occupy in the steps from Gandhi and MLK are simple to understand:

  • Because the facts are so easily verified and all on our side, education of anyone and everyone is one component. This is becoming a sophisticated and multi-front campaign similar to the Civil Rights Movement.
  • Create public and political will. Gandhi demanded political independence of India. Dr. King demanded equal treatment under the law. Occupy demands an end of unlawful wars, return of Constitutional rights, and the end of parasitic criminal fraud of trillions of our dollars every year. The fact of “emperor has no clothes” obvious UNLAWFUL war is a trigger for those of us with Oaths to defend the US Constitution to refuse all orders for unlawful acts and to arrest those who issue them.
  • An elegant way for peaceful surrender of War Criminals and “banksters.” I’m happy to support Truth and Reconciliation, and also willing to arrest the criminal 1% right now without it. The criminal 1% need to choose: join 100% of humanity with what they can do for us in Scrooge conversions, or face the consequences of the law when the light exposes you.

There are related issues with war, economic oligarchy, and propaganda that are documented by other writers, that can and should be included in Occupy. To keep this paper relatively brief, I’ve kept the topics limited. These related issues include torture, unlimited detention, extrajudicial assassination (all of which are unconstitutionally applied, including to American citizens), unaccountable elections on electronic voting machines that exit poll data prove are “fixed,” and more; all or which cannot exist in a society worthy of the title, “free.”

Occupy is the 99%’s independence from the crimes and lies of the 1%. Occupy’s position is congruent to America’s beginning of independence from the crimes and lies of the 1% in 1776:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Anyone who believes Time/CNN polls probably also believes that US elections are not rigged. They are owned by Jews (the Warner’s and the Bronfmans). The only reason why the “neocon” Jews are kissy kissy with the Christian “religious right” right now is they figure that they can kill more gentiles with a third world war than with abortion – and get the Zagros oil/Gas fields for Israel at the same time. To be correct you have to start out with correct premises.

Firstly, Bush is not a Christian, hence, whatever he says can not be taken to impute any belief system to Christians. He denied that Jesus was the only means to salvation in order to get the support of the Jewish ADL. John Hagee is a heretic who did much the same thing. His wife’s maiden name is Castro – a Jewish name. Fidel Castro is a Jew by Jewish law because his mother was a Jew – and Jews put him in power in Cuba.

Bush’s administration was saturated with dual Israeli American citizens and while he lit Menorahs in the White house on Hanukkah he banned crosses from his 2nd inaugural parade (after he did not need the Christian sucker vote any more).

Secondly, unlike Jews, true Christians do not believe that they are God or gods and they do not believe that they can or should force God’s hand. The book of Revelation calls the shots and whoever tries to change the scenario of that book (adds to or subtracts from) is damned – according to the book of Revelation itself.

Lastly, the Jews in Israel are not Semites. They are Ashkenazi Jews who have descended from a tribe of Turko-Finns known as the Khazars. Most sincere Christian Zionists (as opposed to the liars on TV like Pat Robertson and John Hagee) do not know this.

Nor do they know about the contempt that the Talmud holds for Christians, Christianity and Jesus Christ. If they ever found out that the Talmud says that Jesus is burning in hot excrement in hell and that he practiced magic with his foreskin their attitude would entirely change as mine did.

I was a Christian Zionist before I found out about the pack of lies which the Jewish media had brainwashed me with – including the “Holocaust” which is a fraud used to cover up the genocide of Christians in Armenia and in the Soviet Union and now used as an excuse the genocide of Muslims in the middle east – “even the best of gentiles should all be killed” as the Talmud says.

ٳسرائيل تعترف "بأفضال" اﻷسد و نظامه عليها



مع ذلك، عرض ٳسرائيل اللجوء على زبانية اﻷسد وطائفته حصراً يعني أن ٳسرائيل تعترف "بأفضال" اﻷسد و نظامه عليها و تريد رد الجميل له و لضباط جيشه الغضنفر الذي سبق وأوكلت ٳسرائيل له مهمة لجم الشعب السوري و قمعه نيابة عن "جيش الدفاع اﻹسرائيلي". تماماً كما سبق ﻹسرائيل و استقبلت عميلها الآخر، أنطوان لحد هو وجيشه اللبناني الجنوبي بضباطه وجنوده مع عائلاتهم وحتى حيواناتهم الأليفة


بعرضها هذا تصرّح ٳسرائيل بأن اﻷسد و جيشه، ومن ورائهم طائفة بأكملها هي في طريقها لأن تؤخذ بجريرة عائلة مارقة، هم عملاء لها، قد تم اكتشاف خيانتهم و هاهي "أمهم الحنون" تعرض عليهم اللجوء ٳلى "وطنهم الثاني" في الجولان الذي ألحقته ٳسرائيل بها و تعتبره جزءاً من أرضها التاريخية. اﻷكيد أن جنود العدو لن يطلقوا النار هذه المرة على "ٳخوتهم في السلاح" من العلويين الفارين خوفاً من العقاب على الجرائم التي اقترفوها بحق مواطنيهم


بهذا التصريح تعطي ٳسرائيل ٳشارة خطيرة ٳلى الطائفة العلوية مؤداها أن مصير الطائفة رهن بمصير اﻷسد. ربما يكون لدى الموساد معلومات حول تململ الطائفة العلوية من جرائم اﻷسد وتخبطه ورغبة الكثيرين من شرفاء هذه الطائفة في النأي بأنفسهم عن نظام قاتل لا مستقبل له، ربما أراد "غانتس" من وراء خطابه هذا حض الطائفة العلوية على رص صفوفها خلف الأسد و تخويفها من انتقام الجماهير السنية في حال سقوط النظام


هذه التطمينات الإسرائيلية وفي هذا الوقت بالذات تأتي لشد أزر الحليف الأسدي وقاعدة حكمه العسكرية العلوية التي تدرك الآن أن "ظهرها مسنود" و أن الصديق الإسرائيلي موجود في وقت الضيق


لكن ما معنى أن تعرض ٳسرائيل اللجوء على علويي سورية حصراً في الجولان ؟ اﻷكيد ٳن ٳسرائيل نتانياهو، مع اعترافها بأفضال الأسد، لا ترغب في أن يختلط علويو سوريا الهاربين بمواطنيها من "اليهود اﻷنقياء" في "أرض الميعاد" لذلك تريد زرع علويي سوريا في الجولان و بهذا تحقق ٳسرائيل مجموعة أهداف استراتيجية لا يستهان بها


أول هذه اﻷهداف هو خلق "حزام شيعي" متصل من الجولان ٳلى المتوسط، يتشكل من أغلبية علوية سوف تستوطن في الجولان جنباً ٳلى جنب مع أقلية درزية في مجدل شمس، هذه المجموعة السكانية سوف تتناغم مع اﻷغلبية السكانية الشيعية في جنوب لبنان و الخاضعة لنفوذ حزب الله "المقاوم". يبدو أن إسرائيل تفضل "الزنار" الشيعي على شمالها لدرجة استدعاء علويي سوريا لحمايتها من خطر قيام دولة سنية في سوريا لن تسكت طويلاً على احتلال الجولان


هنا يكمن الهدف الثاني من إسكان العلويين في الجولان، فهؤلاء سوريون لن يقبلوا بالعودة لحضن الوطن ذي الأغلبية السنية خوفاً من المحاسبة، هكذا سوف توظف إسرائيل عملاءها من هذه الطائفة و من آل الأسد مرة ثانية و ستستفيد منهم سواء كانوا يحكمون سوريا أو كانوا لاجئين على أرض سورية محتلة وتحت حماية إسرائيلية في الحالتين. لا شيء مجاني لدى الدولة العبرية، إسرائيل سوف تتحجج بوجود هؤلاء اللاجئين السوريين لعدم إعادة الجولان بل وربما تنشئ لهم دولتهم العلوية الموعودة، لكن في الجولان وتحت حراب جيش الدفاع الإسرائيلي "الصديق" تماماً كما كانت تخطط مع جيش لبنان الجنوبي ذي الأغلبية المسيحية


الغريب أن نفس الخطاب الذي أكد استعداد إسرائيل لاستقبال لاجئين من الطائفة العلوية، ناقش إمكانية أن يشن الأسد حرباً على إسرائيل "إن وجد نفسه في موقف صعب...". إسرائيل تعرض اللجوء على ضباط نظام يريد محاربتها !!


هناك تفسيران ممكنان لهذه الأريحية الإسرائيلية : الأول هو إصابة إسرائيل بحالة مرضية من الكرم والإنسانية المفاجئة بحيث تستقبل من يعلن عليها الحرب و تحميه من انتقام شعبه أيا كانت الظروف. هذه الإمكانية مستبعدة لأن إسرائيل ليست دولة مشهوداً لها بالكرم والجود


الاحتمال الثاني و هو الأقرب للمعقول : أن إسرائيل لا تستبعد منح نظام الأسد المتهاوي الفرصة للقيام بحرب مسرحية ضدها. هذه الحرب قد تمنح الأسد فرصة لالتقاط أنفاسه ولإحراج معارضيه. إن نجحت هذه التمثيلية ينجو الأسد ونظامه و تستمر لعبة الممانعة لجيل آخر، و إن فشلت، فقلب إسرائيل و أبوابها مفتوحة على الدوام لاستقبال حليف قديم هو و ضباطه و أفراد جيشه وعائلاتهم، لكن على أرض سورية محتلة

Today, under the burden of “fighting drugs” the United States are trying to create a loyal group of law enforcement agencies and special purpose units in the Central Asian states. One of the mechanisms of this process is CARICC – Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Centre on fight against drugs. All that the U.S. did in Central America in the 1970-1990′s: there training counternarcotics police later turned into a murderous death squads and civil wars for decades. Drug production in the meantime increased in proportion to American intervention. Today, the process of “Afghanization” Central Asia is gaining momentum and to the point of no return, there is very little time.

In foreign practice, the Obama administration’s entrenched certain tactical approach: hands of other states to act and conduct their own initiative as a multilateral mechanism of international organizations. Thus, the war was waged against Libya by France and the United States provided only “support” functions. The “New Silk Road” will initiate Turkey and the United States in its “neutral, but an enthusiastic companion” (1). League of Arab States, one after the other issues calls for the overthrow of the legitimate, but disliked the leaders of the United States. UN Security Council resolution against Syria in October 2011 put forward France, Britain, Germany and Portugal and the United States it is only “support” – in the company of Colombia, Nigeria, Gabon and Bosnia. Directing the activities of these structures, the curators of Washington repeated local leadership, “it’s your idea, your structure, do everything yourself, we will only help” – and thus get a (semi) compliant mechanism that serves as their outpost in the remote region.

As a pretext for the creation of such mechanisms, the United States are using the theme of “cooperation in areas of common interest.” The most plausible and persuasive cover serves as a “joint fight against drugs,” and this card is played out most actively against Russia and Central Asia. In recent months, Washington has coined especially mocking argument: his “war on drugs” they activate in response to concern about the implications of Russia “withdrawal” of troops from Afghanistan (in fact, no “O”, of course – a reduction of troops).

If the United States so concerned about drugs, why do they flatly refuse to fight drug production and drug trafficking in Afghanistan (4), and instead seek to “assist” Russia and Central Asian states in their territories? Intercept drugs at the source is much easier, especially when the territory is occupied 140,000th military contingent as part-time drug dealers are CIA agents, and precursors and drugs are transported under the control of the same warlords who “provide security” of U.S. and NATO convoys ( 5). These same states plus Afghanistan and Pakistan have observer status at CARICC – while China and Iran on the list are not registered. Director Sarsekov says CARICC “ready to cooperate with western countries” and proposes to expand the mandate of the Centre for all types of cross-border crime, not limiting it to the fight against drug trafficking – as evidenced by Wikileaks dispatches disclosed the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent (10). Indeed, CARICC takes a lot of international visitors: foreign delegations arrive in the center of one another. Training CARICC conduct “international experts with extensive law enforcement and managerial experience” (11).

U.S. sees CARICC as “very important and effective tool”, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton personally oversaw the development of the Centre (12). As an “observer” The United States takes an active part in its work. Hardware and software for CARICC put U.S. Central Command (13). In the “technical support / service” CARICC also involved the Office of Military Cooperation U.S. Department of Defense (Office of Military Cooperation, OMC), as reported in a telegram to the U.S. Embassy in Astana, disclosed in the latest WikiLeaks documents servings September 1, 2011 (14) . For all its benefits for the U.S. CARICC – only one of the stages of penetration into the power structure of the Central Asian states. In June 2011 Deputy Secretary of State and Head of the Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement in the U.S. State Department (Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, INL) William Brownfield (William Brownfield), which will be discussed separately, has announced some ” Central Asian Initiative on Drugs “(Central Asian Counternarcotics Initiative, CACI) (18). In this project, the legal and practical aspects of which develops over the UNODC, we are talking directly to the creation of anti-drug “Special Forces” in the five Central Asian states, which would be linked to their counterparts in Afghanistan and Russia, and would coordinate through the UNODC and CARICC. Some might believe that U.S. officials with the track record of cooperation aim to rescue the Russian people on heroin? As for the main anti-drug department of the USA – the Agency for U.S. Drug Enforcement (DEA), Ministry of Justice, its mission is to prevent the flow of drugs into the United States. However, not only the diplomacy of force and DEA, but Central Command and the U.S. Armed Forces, the giant war machine ravaged their area of ​​responsibility of full-scale wars and conflicts of low intensity, as the “fight against drugs” – and even in Central Asia! It is unlikely that Russian foreign policy establishment in the Kremlin and the Foreign Ministry understands the American idea: in their actions that understanding can not be traced.

And in Central Asia, those who participate in the American game, should know they face the same fate as the Central America – the role of “cannon fodder” in the service of American interests and decades of bloody civil wars, dropping in the development of an indefinite amount of time. Understand whether the leaders of Central Asian states, in which game they are drawn? Do they want for themselves and their states of such a future, which has been present in Afghanistan, when the nation was torn at the same time radical extremism and foreign occupation? The process of “Afghanization” Central Asia is gaining momentum and to the point of no return, there is very little time. A position of the leaders of Central Asian states are unlikely be called stable: the drug mafia and overthrew the more stable leadership.
